Deep in the backcountry, secluded and private at the end of the road (4-wheel drive not needed), this charming old farm has not changed much since it was settled in the early 1890’s at the head of the creek. Guests are welcome to explore the impressive 1895 barn and 1921 log house, built from local timber without the use of power tools. At 2400’ (740m), it is about 12 degrees cooler than in the valley. |
